Depending on the skin care needs and as desired. After cleansing the eye area, generously apply THE BEST Eye as a foundation. Remove THE BEST Golden Eye Patches from the packaging, apply with the gold surface on the skin and remove the carrier paper. Gently massage into the skin after 5−10 minutes.
