The customer is granted a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods. The revocation does not require any justification. The revocation must be made in writing or by e-mail to the following address and must be received by the provider within the revocation period: Geraldine Khakshouri Consulting / muse-BEAUTY.ch, Alte Zürichstrasse 6, CH-8118 Pfaffhausen or by Mail to gk@muse-beauty.ch

The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to a reversal of the contract. The customer must return the goods in their original packaging, unopened and complete with all accessories and together with the delivery bill. Returns to muse-BEAUTY.ch shall be made exclusively on account and at the risk of the customer. Any payment already made (with the exception of delivery costs as well as additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) will be refunded to the customer within 14 days, provided that the supplier has already received the goods back or the customer provides proof that he has returned the goods.

The provider reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of value due to improper handling or improper return and to deduct the reduction in value from the purchase price already paid or to invoice the customer. Similarly, the provider may refuse to refund if the customer has not returned the goods within the withdrawal period. The date of return is decisive in this respect.

The same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless something else has been expressly agreed with the customer. Reimbursement will be made without deduction of expenses.
